Beginning Strength Training

We get a ton of mileage out of these at our gym.  Use the 15-pound training barbell to teach proper technique or to scale loads to the strength levels of beginning athletes.  It is also useful (along with 25-pound bumper plates) for putting together a 65-pound barbell, as prescribed for women in most CrossFit workouts.
