Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, unless dictated by law. If a product is defective, we'll get you taken care of, whether that involves replacement or return. I strive to make my customers happy, and I'll bend over backwards to keep you satisfied with Again Faster. Nonetheless, if you've used your kettlebell for six months and decided you want your money back, you're on your own.
