Sprint Sleds

Sleds are a time-tested method for developing speed and power, and they'll add a whole new dimension of "suck" to your workouts.

We carry four ultra-durable sleds, each compatible with your 2" Olympic plates. The Speed Sled uses small loads to improve acceleration, while the larger Power Sled can be pushed or pulled to develop hip and leg power. Each comes with shoulder harness and 14' lead.

The PowerMax Sled is loadable to 200 pounds, and includes 11’ leads, and a 3” wide hook & loop closure belt, adjustable to 42” waist.

The Sprint Start Sled, developed by Colorado State University sprints coach Tim Cawley, is the first sled to offer clearance over starting blocks, and includes leads and belt. Please note: Due to dimensions, Sprint Start Sled must ship via freight truck.
