Outstanding video Jon! This is something I have been wondering about how to really train myslef and others towards doing and this video is concise, well demonstrated and well explained. Time to hit the rings! Maybe by next year I'll have one. :)

I'm supposing that this exercise is perfectly adaptable to using a pullup bar... are there any modifications that should be noted when training it on that format?

Rob,

No serious modifications. It's a bit harder to hit the invert, as you have to get yourself on the correct side of the bar, but it's all the same from there!
