We accept returns on all unused equipment, no questions asked. If you are unhappy with any of your gear, simply send it back to our warehouse in original condition, and we'll provide you with a replacement, refund, or store credit, at your preference.
You will be responsible for the shipping cost back to the warehouse. When we receive the returned gear, we will then refund your card for the cost of the item purchased, less the original cost of shipping. Returned items originally purchased with "Free Shipping" will be refunded for the cost of the gear, less the actual cost of shipping. Items returned more than 60 days after purchase will receive store credit.
Please download the Return Form, complete, and include in your return shipment. Return address is located at the top of the form.
All in-stock equipment ships the day after order. Free shipping is valid only in the continental United States.

Orders placed Monday thru Thursday will ship next day, and you'll receive tracking information via email within 24-36 hours of placing the order. Orders placed Friday will ship Monday, and you'll receive tracking info by Tuesday.
