Return & Warranty Policy

Return Policy

At Again Faster Equipment, we guarantee you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return a new and unused item for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must include original packaging and the receipt for a refund. If packaging is no longer available, a 15% restocking fee will apply. Again Faster is not be responsible for return shipping fees, and shipping charges incurred on the original order are non-refundable. Refunds and store credits will be issued upon return delivery.

Warranty

Warranties for products that are not manufactured by Again Faster will be will be observed in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty.

 

Again Faster warrants to the original purchaser that the Again Faster product shall be free from material defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and conditions for a period specified below from the original purchase date.

 

Again Faster warranty will be void if product has been damaged due to negligence, improper use, alteration, insufficient or improper maintenance, or improper storage. Again Faster warranty will be void if product is used or stored in outdoor conditions.

 

Warranties do not cover ordinary wear and tear or cosmetic damage. Please refer to Proper Use and Care instructions noted on product pages for specific product use details. Warranties do not apply to closeout/final sale merchandise as all sales are final. 

 

To begin a warranty claim, please email service@againfaster.com and include the proof of purchase. In addition, please provide pictures/videos depicting the issue with the item. All shipping, taxes, duties, and associated charges with the warranty claim are the responsibility of the customer.

Covers defects in material or craftsmanship. Warranty excludes cosmetic damage: paint peeling, rust, rips, cuts and tears, dents and improper use causing bent handles, loose heads or any other signs of misuse. Do not drop dumbbells in any uncontrolled manner from any height exceeding 24” Inspect weekly for signs of damage and that heads are securely attached to handles. An example of misuse that would void the warranty is or performing a “dumbbell snatch” and dropping the dumbbell from overhead this is the primary cause of loose heads and bent handles and is considered a misuse of the product. Do not use dumbbells that are becoming loose.
