What you need to know

Kettlebell weights are one of the simplest and yet most broadly functional pieces of strength training equipment. Perfect for building strength, stability, and explosiveness, kettlebell workouts train core to extremity motor patterns applicable to every athlete.

  • A textured, matte black powder coated kettlebell finish offers superior grip, with or without chalk, as compared to epoxy and ecoat bells.
  • The wide flat handle accommodates single or two-handed grip for ultimate versatility from kettlebell swings to snatches.
  • Color coded handles make weight identification a breeze for gym owners.
  • Kettlebells are available from 4kg/9lb to 30kg/70lb and in kettlebell sets.
  • Again Faster kettlebells are made from solid cast-iron, molded in a single pour for ultimate strength and durability. Cheaper kettlebells use welded handles which can break easily.
  • Our bases are machined flat to make sure they stay put and don't wobble on your garage gym floor.

Again Faster Kettlebells include a 1-year warranty. Click here for details.

A simple tool, perfected.

The Again Faster powder coat kettlebells were designed for unmatched durability, grip, and ease of use, during kettlebell snatches, goblet squats, turkish get-ups, and other kettlebell training. Made from durable cast iron molded with a single pour, the kettlebell handle and body form a single, finished product. And the flat, seamless bottom means you can put your kettlebell down without it wobbling around your home gym.

How do I select the correct size kettlebell?

It's all about the movement and the stimulus you are trying to create. 1 pood is equal to about 16 kg or 35 pounds. Many CrossFit workouts program this weight for the women's RX kettlebell exercises. Men's RX kettlebells are often programmed at 1.5 pood, which is 24 kg or 53 pounds. For kettlebell swings and snatches, most intermediate and up athletes should use 26 to 53 pound kettlebells. Novices should start with lower weight, such as a 13 or 18 pound kettlebell. For deadlifts and goblet squats, you can increase the weight one or two sizes. For good-mornings, overhead press, and turkish getups, we recommend decreasing the weight a size or two.

Why Kettlebells?

Kettlebells are an essential piece of home gym equipment. No other single piece of gym equipment is as versatile as the kettlebell. From strength training to conditioning, a kettlebell workout builds muscle and helps you burn fat.
