Competition Micro Squat Rack

The Competition Micro Squat Rack is a basic squat and pull-up stand option for someone who has limited floorspace but still wants to perform squats, bench, and strict pull-ups.

Similar to the Competition Slim Rig, but without the flyaway pull-up bar, this heavy-duty squat rack has plenty of room for heavy squats and bench days while the inline pull-up bar extends the versatility of this rack to include strict pull-ups. 11-gauge steel uprights bolt directly to the floor and provide amazing stability during the toughest workouts. This micro rig is compatible with our extensive line of upgrades and accessories such as Wallball Targets, Dips Stations, Spotter Arms, and Plate Holders.
